If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, it may be returned within 15 days of receipt. Product must be in like-new condition having never been installed or modified and showing no signs of wear and be in its original packaging with original sanitary protection. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges incurred by Lights & More as well as all return shipping and handling fees. No returns made on custom orders which will be designated as such at time of purchase.
How to process a return

Once the return is approved, the customer will receive an RGA number (Return Goods Authorization.) Write the RGA number on the packaging in 3 conspicuous spots. Then ship and insure through a carrier that provides a tracking number. Otherwise, should the item be lost the customer is liable and will receive no refund.
A period of 10 days shall be allowed in which to return the item. After 10 days, the RGA number will expire and the item will no longer be eligible to be refunded.
The refund process will begin and the refund will be issued after 14 days from the date we receive the item at our warehouse and if everything is OK after we verify the return to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, modification, or wear.
In the event damage occurs to the item during shipping from the customer to our warehouse, we will inform the customer via e-mail. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipper and to instruct on what to do with the product.
Customers will be refunded in the same manner in which they were paid or by check. Refunds are issued within a minimum of 14 days of the refund approval.
Items returned without an RGA number properly displayed will be ineligible for a refund.
In the event a customer does receive a damaged or defective item, effort will be made to bring the situation to a satisfying and timely conclusion for the customer. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the item. For larger items that are shipped by a freight carrier, damages must be noted on the bill of lading or the shipment may be refused. Customers who sign for an item and do not notate damage assume responsibility for the damage. If a return is desired instead of replacement, our Return Policy will apply along with the restocking and return shipping fees. Any items returned and found to be in fine working condition and free from defects may not be eligible for a refund. Lights & More will then email the customer and offer to ship the item back at their expense plus a 50% restocking fee.
If you would like to cancel an item that has not shipped, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 72 hours for a confirmation e-mail verifying the cancellation. Once an item has shipped it can no longer be cancelled nor can the shipping address be changed. Once an item has shipped our Return Policy applies. Any items refused after shipment is subject to 50% restocking fee.
Lights & More will make every effort to provide the customer with accurate information regarding product stock levels and to work with suppliers who provide products in sufficient quantities and timely, accurate information on their inventory levels. Our cancellation policy applies to all backorders.
We offer free ground shipping for most manufacturers within the 48 continental United States on most orders over $200.00. All orders under $200.00 will be charged a $20.00 shipping and handling fee.
Free shipping does not apply to selected manufacturers or oversized items. We will notify you of the additional charges when the order is received if applicable.
Shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address, zip code, or the refusal of an item will be charged back to the customer.
